Dt&C, Neubility Join Forces to Target the Robot Testing and Certification Market

[Financial News] Dt&C (DT&C), a testing and certification specialist, and autonomous robot company Neubility will collaborate on testing, certification, and technological cooperation in the robotics sector.
According to industry sources on the 18th, Dt&C signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Neubility on the 16th. Under the agreement, the companies will cooperate on testing and certifying robotic products, providing technical support, and entering domestic and overseas markets.
Under the agreement, the companies plan to pursue Korea Certification (KC Certification), reliability, safety, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing; overseas certifications such as U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approval and CE marking; pre-testing and technical support during the development stage; MIL-STD-based defense and special-purpose standards testing; and the joint identification of government-funded projects.
Dt&C plans to combine its electrical and electronic testing and certification infrastructure and expertise with Neubility's autonomous robot development and service operation technologies. The goal is to improve reliability across the robotics industry and strengthen the technological foundation needed to enter domestic and overseas markets.
Dt&C is expanding its testing and certification business across various sectors, including automotive electronics, defense, nuclear power, and robotics, based on infrastructure for electromagnetic, radio-frequency (RF), electrical safety, and environmental and reliability testing. In the defense sector, it also conducts testing related to military equipment and unmanned systems. In robotics, the company is preparing testing infrastructure and expertise to support products from the development stage through mass production and certification.
Neubility operates indoor and outdoor services, including delivery and patrols, using its autonomous robot Neubi. Recently, the company has expanded its product portfolio beyond autonomous robots to include hybrid humanoids and special-purpose robots.
The companies agreed to link testing and certification procedures from the robot development stage and share product-specific testing requirements and relevant materials. Dt&C will provide Neubility with technical advice and infrastructure related to testing and certification. They also plan to broaden their cooperation to include standards testing for defense and special-purpose robots, joint business initiatives, and the identification of government-funded projects.
