F&InnoEdu said on the 17th that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Provision of Educational Services and Joint Promotional Cooperation with the Global Enterprise CEO Association and the Association of HR Managers of Foreign Companies in Korea to strengthen the capabilities of employees at member companies.
The core of the partnership is expanding practical training in advanced technologies in response to rapidly changing industrial conditions. F&InnoEdu will provide member companies of both associations with statutorily required training, the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Talent Development Premium Program, and customized courses specializing in AI and semiconductor fields. In particular, it plans to offer one-stop support covering course design, consultation, registration, and actual training delivery, while reflecting each member company's business characteristics, on-site needs, and operating conditions.
A joint support system leveraging the global networks of the two associations will also be launched. The Global Enterprise CEO Association and the Association of HR Managers of Foreign Companies in Korea plan to provide member companies with information on the relevant training through their own information and promotional channels. They will also conduct joint promotional activities, including seminars and briefing sessions, to encourage member participation.
The three organizations also plan to continue identifying practical, work-centered training programs with strong applicability on the job and establish a customized corporate training cooperation model.
An F&InnoEdu representative said, "With this MOU, employees of member companies can access the job training they need much more conveniently." The representative added, "We will actively expand training programs that can support companies' tangible competitiveness gains and sustainable growth."
