Tolls Waived on Incheon’s Cheongna Haneul Bridge During Chuseok Holiday from the 24th to the 27th

[Financial News, Incheon—Reporter Han Gap-su] Tolls will be waived for vehicles using Cheongna Haneul Bridge in Incheon during the Chuseok holiday.
The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority announced on the 17th that tolls on Cheongna Haneul Bridge would be waived for four days, from midnight on the 24th until midnight at the end of the 27th. The measure aims to facilitate travel for residents and visitors returning to their hometowns and ease the financial burden of holiday travel.
Vehicles from other regions that normally pay tolls are also eligible for this exemption. As a result, people returning to their hometowns for Chuseok and tourists can use Cheongna Haneul Bridge without paying tolls.
Incheon residents can receive year-round toll discounts for vehicles registered in advance, even outside the Chuseok holiday period.
Residents seeking a toll discount can access the Cheongna Haneul Bridge toll discount system, complete identity verification, and register their Hi-Pass card and vehicle number. Once registration is complete, the toll will be automatically discounted when the vehicle uses Cheongna Haneul Bridge. Unregistered vehicles will be charged the applicable toll.
Jo In-kwon, acting commissioner of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (deputy commissioner), said, "Residents who have not yet applied for the Incheon resident toll discount are encouraged to register their vehicles in advance and take advantage of the year-round discount."
