Hyundai Engineering and Construction to Launch Sales of 'Hillstate Godeok Eliist'

[Financial News] Hyundai Engineering and Construction is launching sales of 'Hillstate Godeok Eliist.'
Hyundai Engineering and Construction said on the 17th that it had opened a model home for 'Hillstate Godeok Eliist,' which it is supplying in Pyeongtaek Godeok International City, Gyeonggi Province.
The complex will be built in Blocks A12 and A65 of the Pyeongtaek Godeok International District. Block A12 will consist of 942 units in one basement level and 23 above-ground floors, while Block A65 will have 837 units in two basement levels and 27 above-ground floors. Both blocks will offer units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. Hyundai Engineering and Construction plans to supply Hillstate apartments in nearby Blocks A31, A34 and A35 within the year, creating a branded town of about 4,500 households in Pyeongtaek Godeok International City.
Applications will begin with special supply on the 21st, followed by first-priority applications on the 22nd and second-priority applications on the 23rd. Winners for Block A12 will be announced on the first day of next month, and those for Block A65 on the second. Formal contracts will be signed at the model home over three days, from November 9 to 11.
Because the price ceiling system applies, the average sale price was set at around 16.83 million won per 3.3 square meters. Both the resale restriction and mandatory residence period are three years. First-priority applications are open to residents of South Korea aged 19 or older who, as of the 11th—the date of the housing recruitment announcement—had held a housing subscription account for at least 12 months and made at least 12 payments.
The complex provides distances of up to 148 meters between buildings and has raised its landscaping ratio to the 40-percent range. The interiors are designed mainly in a four-bay, slab-style layout and include an extra room, large dressing rooms, entrance pantries and storage rooms for each household. Targeting people in their 30s and 40s, the complex will also feature childcare and education-focused community facilities, including the air-purifying indoor playground 'H i_forest,' a library, a childcare classroom and a daycare center.
A sales representative said, "Hillstate Godeok Eliist combines a reasonable price under the price ceiling system, innovative design and features, proximity to Samsung Electronics, and excellent access to schools. It will establish itself as a new landmark in Godeok." The model home will be located in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
