[Financial News] TAEYOUNG E&C announced on the 17th that it plans to launch the sale of 'Gumi Park One Desian' in the Doryang-dong area of Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, this coming November.

In particular, the upward trend is continuing, centered on near-new complexes, with the 84m2 unit at 'Gumi IPARK The Sharp' recording a new high price late last year.
Doryang-dong, where 'Gumi Park One Desian' is being built, is Gumi's first private park special project site being developed alongside a large-scale neighborhood park development project.
