Shinsegae Group to Hold 2027 Open Recruitment for New Employees; 10 Affiliates Participating

[Financial News] Shinsegae Group will begin open recruitment for new employees for 2027 on the 18th.
According to Shinsegae Group on the 17th, 10 affiliates will participate in this recruitment: Emart, Shinsegae Department Store, Shinsegae Property, SCK COMPANY (Starbucks), Shinsegae International, Shinsegae DF (duty-free business), Shinsegae I&C, Shinsegae Food, Shinsegae Central, and Shinsegae Live Shopping.
Applications will be accepted from the 18th through the 12th of next month. The results of the document screening will be announced in late October, followed by affiliate-specific interviews in November and final interviews in December to select the successful candidates. Those selected will officially join the company in January next year and receive group orientation training.
Shinsegae Group eliminated the one-month internship program that had been conducted after the final interview starting last year. The move was intended to reduce applicants’ burden and uncertainty during the recruitment process and help them decide on their career paths more quickly.
In connection with this open recruitment, Shinsegae Group also plans to conduct online and offline recruitment promotional activities for each affiliate. Further details are available on the Shinsegae Group recruitment website.
