President Lee Jae Myung to Meet IEA Executive Director This Afternoon to Discuss Energy Security

[Financial News] President Lee Jae Myung will meet with Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), at Cheong Wa Dae on the afternoon of the 17th.
According to Cheong Wa Dae, the meeting is taking place after President Lee proposed cooperation measures to strengthen the resilience of energy supply chains in the Asia-Pacific region during the Group of Seven (G7) summit in June.
They are expected to discuss recent developments in the Middle East, trends in international energy markets, and ways to strengthen global energy security.
