CJ Logistics to Recruit New Graduates in the Second Half of the Year, Specializing Technical Roles Such as AI and Backend Development

CJ Logistics said on the 17th that it will accept applications for its new graduate recruitment program through the 30th.
The positions are divided into general-track roles, including supply chain management (SCM), backend development, AI model development, optimization, and packaging R&D, as well as a global track that includes global SCM.
A key feature of this recruitment is the greater specialization of technical roles. After expanding hiring in information technology (IT) development and AI and big data, CJ Logistics has divided technical positions into specialized fields based on actual work areas for the second half of this year.
CJ Logistics plans to secure specialists in areas ranging from software system development to AI and logistics operations optimization, thereby strengthening its technological capabilities for application at logistics sites.
CJ Logistics also held an interactive recruitment briefing. On the 28th of last month, it hosted a recruitment event at Oil Tank Culture Park in Mapo District, incorporating the popular game TalesRunner.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, testing, including aptitude and personality tests, working-level interviews, and executive interviews. Successful candidates are scheduled to join the company in January next year.
