Sangmidang Holdings Brings Warmth to Local Communities with Chuseok Sharing Activities

[Financial News] Sangmidang Holdings launched a community-sharing campaign to mark Chuseok.
According to Sangmidang Holdings on the 17th, the company will donate products and conduct volunteer activities at 29 welfare institutions nationwide through the 23rd.
The Happy Volunteer Group, made up of employees from Sangmidang Holdings affiliates, held the “Sweet Chuseok” event with senior citizens on the 16th at the Seocho-gu Yangjae Senior Welfare Center in Seocho District, Seoul.
Employees who took part in the event joined 200 senior citizens from Seocho District in making injeolmi and participating in traditional Chuseok games, including a holiday sports festival. They also volunteered to serve a special holiday meal. In addition, they presented Samlip Borumdal bread and cream bread, along with handwritten cards, conveying warm holiday greetings.
The affiliates are also continuing various community-sharing activities across the country. Samlip will sequentially provide approximately 6,000 products—including Greek Schwein ham sets, olive oil, and bread—to 14 welfare institutions in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, the Chungcheong region, and the Gyeongsang region. Paris Croissant will also deliver Paris Baguette baked-goods sets, roll cakes, and rice to four welfare institutions in areas including Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, and Gangwon State.
BR Korea worked with administrative agencies in Eumseong County, North Chungcheong Province, to visit the homes of national merit honorees in the area and deliver Samlip Jeju Black Pork ham sets. SPC GFS prepared and delivered holiday food packages with the Yangjae Community Welfare Center, including Samlip Hai-myeon udon, Borumdal bread, and granola bars. SPL also visited childcare facilities in Pyeongtaek and delivered Paris Baguette castella products, sharing warmth with the local community.
A Sangmidang Holdings representative said, "We will continue a range of social contribution activities in which our employees take part directly to share warmth with our neighbors."
