[Financial News] Audi’s official dealer Iron Auto was selected as a Korea Best Job-Creation Company after increasing employment through the expansion of its sales and service network in the Yeongnam region and Jeju Province.
As its dealerships and service network expanded, the company hired sales, maintenance, and management support staff, increasing its workforce by approximately 350% compared with 2024.
The company was also recognized for improving employee benefits and working conditions alongside its employment growth.
Iron Auto announced on the 17th that it had been selected as a 2026 Korea Best Job-Creation Company, an initiative organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL). The program annually recognizes companies that contribute to job creation and improvements in employment quality. It comprehensively evaluates factors including employment growth, the hiring of young people and vulnerable groups, working conditions, work-life balance, and employee benefits.
Since 2025, Iron Auto has expanded its Audi dealerships and service network, primarily in Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, South Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Province. In the process, it continued hiring across various fields, including sales, service, and management support, thereby increasing locally based employment.
Iron Auto also operates programs aimed at improving employees’ working conditions. It provides benefits such as health checkup support and opportunities to attend sporting events, while pursuing further improvements to raise employee satisfaction.
Kim Min-gyu, CEO of Iron Auto, said, "This selection as a Korea Best Job-Creation Company is highly meaningful because it reflects our efforts to provide quality jobs to the local community alongside our business growth and to create an environment where employees can work and grow with stability. We will continue creating jobs and improving working conditions so that our employees and the company can grow together and move forward as a company that contributes to the local community."
Iron Auto plans to continue expanding its dealership and service center network and customer touchpoints, while creating local jobs and improving working conditions accordingly.
