S-Oil Corporation Delivers Gifts Worth 50 Million Won to Low-Income Families for Chuseok

[Financial News] S-Oil Corporation delivered songpyeon and gifts worth approximately 50 million won to low-income families near its headquarters in Mapo District, Seoul, ahead of Chuseok. Since 2007, S-Oil Corporation has held an annual songpyeon-sharing event for low-income families in the local community before Chuseok.
S-Oil Corporation announced on the 16th that it held the “Sharing Songpyeon of Love” event for Chuseok at its headquarters in Mapo District, Seoul, together with Sarangui Jeonhwa Mapo Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.
Anwar A. Al-Hejazi, CEO of S-Oil Corporation, and about 80 employees prepared songpyeon and 450 Chuseok gift packages, among other items, worth approximately 50 million won. The songpyeon and gift packages were delivered to low-income families near S-Oil Corporation’s headquarters.
CEO Anwar A. Al-Hejazi said, "We want to convey comfort and hope to neighbors in need in our local community with warm hearts."
