Dongbu to Launch Sales of 'Geomdan Centreville Grand Foret' in October... 843 Households

[Financial News] Dongbu will launch sales of 'Geomdan Centreville Grand Foret' in Oryu-dong, Geomdan-gu, Incheon, this October. The complex will feature small- and medium-sized units of 59, 74 and 84 square meters, which are highly preferred by actual homebuyers. According to Dongbu on the 16th, Geomdan Centreville Grand Foret will be built around Lot 141-1 in Oryu-dong, Geomdan-gu, Incheon. The development will consist of nine buildings, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 843 households.
The complex will be developed as Geomdan's first private park special project. Under this type of project, at least 70% of an urban park site is developed as a park and donated to the public, while apartment buildings are constructed on the remaining land.
A specialized design linking the park and residential complex will also be applied. Decks within the complex will be connected to the park's walking trails, allowing residents to enjoy walks and relaxation in their daily lives.
Danbong Elementary School and Danbong Middle School are located near the complex. Residents can also use the Oryu-Wanggil-dong Administrative Welfare Center and Danbong Neulbom Library.
The Seoul metropolitan area's major road network can be accessed via Geomdan IC. Road 3-61, which will connect Geomdan-Yangchon IC and Bongsu-daero, is planned near the complex.
The complex has been designed with a predominantly south-facing layout and views of the park in mind. Dongbu plans to incorporate its housing development experience and design expertise accumulated through its residential brand, 'Centreville.'
