The 1st National Youth Leaders Conference was held at Grand Moment Youth Hostel.

[Financial News] The '1st National Youth Leaders Conference of 2026' for the harmony and exchange of youth leaders nationwide was held on the 16th at the Grand Moment Youth Hostel Classic Hall in Busan.
The event was jointly hosted and organized by the Korea Association of Youth Leaders, Grand Moment Youth Hostel, the Busan Association of Youth Training Facilities, and the Busan Association of Youth Leaders.
The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education, and the Busan Metropolitan Council participated as sponsoring organizations, and DONGSUNG MOTORS CO., LTD., Dole Korea, IPX, and the Safety Culture Practice Education Association provided sponsorship.
Approximately 200 people, including regular members and officials from national and regional youth leaders' associations, participated in this event held under the slogan, "Youth Leaders Becoming One, Toward a Better Tomorrow for Youth."

The event featured a variety of programs, including an introduction to the projects of the Korea Association of Youth Leaders, awards for outstanding youth leaders, the appointment of Hyun Jung-hwa, Senior Vice President of the Korea Table Tennis Association, as a public relations ambassador, the appointment of advisory committee members, the sharing of best practices in youth activities, special lectures on youth policy, experiential activities and exchange activities among participants, and a luncheon.
Park Soo-young, President of the Korea Association of Youth Leaders, said, "I am deeply moved to be able to hold this meaningful first conference where youth leaders from all over the country gather in one place," adding, "Starting with this conference, we will devote all our efforts to raising social awareness of youth leaders who are dedicated to the field, and to laying the institutional foundation for improving their professional status and treatment."
The Korea Association of Youth Leaders was established to develop and implement youth policies for approximately 76,000 youth leaders nationwide, as well as to advocate for the rights and promote the welfare of youth leaders.
