[Financial News] BYC announced on the 16th that it plans to begin sales in October for 'GD Metro Tower,' which will be built on the site of its former headquarters in Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul.
'GD Metro Tower' is located in the Daerim 2-dong area of Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, and will be constructed as two buildings, A and B, ranging from seven underground floors to a maximum of 40 floors above ground. It consists of a total of 1,095 residential officetel units, as well as office facilities and neighborhood commercial facilities. The current offering consists of 770 units in Building B, with exclusive areas ranging from 24 to 53 square meters.
The biggest strength of the complex is its prime location, directly connected to the entrance of Guro Digital Complex Station on Subway Line 2. Commuting convenience is excellent, as residents can access the subway station immediately without going outside, and travel to major areas of Seoul, such as Gangnam station and City Hall Station, is convenient.
The transportation environment is expected to improve further. The Sinansan Line, scheduled to open in 2027, is currently under construction at Guro Digital Complex Station, and plans for the Great Train eXpress Line D (GTX-D) are also underway at nearby Gasan Digital Complex station. Major road networks, such as the Nambu Beltway and the Western Arterial Road, are also nearby, providing excellent regional accessibility.
The abundant surrounding demand and living infrastructure are also noteworthy. Approximately 100,000 companies and nearly 500,000 workers are located in the nearby 'G Valley,' creating solid demand for housing close to workplaces. In addition, numerous redevelopment projects are underway in the vicinity, raising expectations that the residential environment will be further improved. Convenient facilities such as Emart, Hyundai Outlets, and Daerim St. Mary's Hospital are nearby, while Yeongnim Elementary School and Daerim Middle School are within walking distance.
The complex, which will rise to a maximum of 40 stories, will feature various community facilities designed to suit the lifestyles of single-person households and office workers, including a fitness center, golf practice range, guest rooms, a book café, and a coin laundry.
A model house is scheduled to be set up in the Yeongdeungpo District area of Seoul.
