"Take the Train to Gangjin"...Gangjin County to Operate Shuttle Between Gangjin Station and Bus Terminal During Chuseok Holiday

Gangjin County will operate a special transportation service (shuttle) connecting Gangjin Station and Gangjin Passenger Bus Terminal from September 23 to 27 during the Chuseok holiday.
The shuttle service is intended to make travel more convenient for returning residents and visitors arriving in Gangjin County by train. The county plans to set operating times based on train arrival schedules and help passengers travel conveniently between Gangjin Passenger Bus Terminal and Gangjin Station.
A Gangjin County official emphasized, "We will do our utmost to reduce transportation inconveniences for train passengers visiting Gangjin County during the Chuseok holiday and support safe and convenient travel."
Gangjin County will first operate six free shuttle services a day on September 23 and 24, followed by seven services a day from September 25 to 27.
From Gangjin Passenger Bus Terminal, shuttles will depart at 8:25 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:25 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:50 p.m., and 6:45 p.m. An additional service departing at 4:05 p.m. will be added from September 25 to 27.
From Gangjin Station, shuttles will depart at 9:20 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:55 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 6:20 p.m., and 7:15 p.m. An additional service departing at 4:35 p.m. will operate from September 25 to 27.
Meanwhile, ahead of the Chuseok holiday, Gangjin County plans to hold a traffic-safety campaign with relevant agencies and civic groups at and around Gangjin Passenger Bus Terminal at 8 a.m. on September 23. The campaign will call for compliance with traffic laws and safe driving, while promoting traffic-safety guidelines so returning residents can travel safely to their hometowns.
