Younglimwon Soft Lab Completes Integrated ERP Implementation for Naram, a Hog Feed Specialist

[Financial News] Enterprise solutions specialist Younglimwon Soft Lab announced on the 16th that it had completed an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation project for Naram, a company specializing in compound feed for hogs, together with its partner BNI.
Naram is a producer-owned and operated company established through joint investment by four major domestic hog producer organizations. It produces and supplies compound feed for hogs from its headquarters and plant in Eumseong County, North Chungcheong Province.
The project was launched as the first implementation task under Naram’s “Naram Future Strategy,” established to mark the company’s 20th anniversary. It began in December 2025 and continued for approximately eight months until the completion-report meeting in August 2026.
As its business and management scope expanded, Naram pursued an integrated ERP system to link data across manufacturing, logistics, and accounting and to systematize key operations, including consigned inventory and imported raw-material management. In particular, the project focused on integrating data from the separately operated manufacturing execution system (MES) and logistics and accounting systems, enabling the company to manage enterprise-wide data—from imported raw-material management to accounting voucher processing—in a single system.
A cloud server environment was also established, improving information accessibility by allowing sales representatives, customers, and partners to view order, shipment, receivables, and sales information externally according to their access privileges.
The project implemented the automation of consigned inventory management at pier and E-go warehouses; integrated management of import-related information, including bills of lading (B/Ls), import declaration certificates, and import costs; linkage of costs for raw materials not yet arrived; automated expense voucher processing through links to bank branches and corporate card data; electronic approvals integrated with groupware; and a more systematic closing process based on linked logistics and accounting data.
In particular, integrating Daou Technology’s groupware with the ERP and introducing electronic approvals reduced the number of approvals handled through paper documents to about one-tenth of the previous level. Month-end closing, which had relied heavily on manual work, was also converted to a system-based process, enabling integrated management of sales, inventory, import costs, and expense data.
After comparing and reviewing several ERP solutions, Naram proceeded with the project after considering Younglimwon Soft Lab’s manufacturing-specific functions and experience implementing systems for the feed and agriculture and livestock industries. Younglimwon Soft Lab and BNI plan to provide maintenance and system stabilization support and continuously enhance the system in line with changes in Naram’s operations.
