[Financial News] CERAGEM is expanding its wellness business beyond healthcare-appliance sales by using accommodation spaces such as hotels and resorts. The strategy aims to broaden opportunities for consumers to experience its products while developing services that combine relaxation with health management and creating new customer touchpoints.
CERAGEM announced on the 16th that it had signed an MOU with The Heaven Resort to develop wellness spaces and services in Daebudo Island, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province. As the first project under the agreement, the two companies created four wellness rooms at the resort.
The collaboration combines CERAGEM’s healthcare products with the resort’s lodging and leisure infrastructure. Rather than simply displaying products, the rooms allow guests to experience spinal care, massage, and skin care during their stay.
The wellness rooms consist of two standard wellness suites and two royal wellness suites. They are divided into spaces tailored to different needs, including physical recovery after outdoor activities such as golf and swimming, relaxation and skin care, and health management for families.
Through this collaboration, CERAGEM plans to expand its product-centered healthcare business into the areas of spaces and services. The two companies will develop additional wellness spaces centered on healthy longevity, jointly plan related services, and pursue joint marketing.
The Heaven Resort is a mixed-use residence equipped with The Heaven CC golf course, a swimming pool, yoga facilities, a sauna, and fitness facilities. CERAGEM expects to strengthen its stay-based wellness services by linking existing leisure facilities with its healthcare products.
A CERAGEM representative said, "Together with The Heaven Resort, we will continue expanding wellness spaces where people can experience the value of relaxation."
