Samsung C&T Corporation Launches AI Wellness Solution ‘Wellfy’... “Combining Spaces and Digital Health”

[Financial News] Samsung C&T Corporation’s construction division announced on the 15th that it had launched Wellfy, an artificial intelligence (AI) wellness solution combining physical spaces with digital health technology. Wellfy is an online-offline integrated solution designed to help people manage their health in everyday spaces, including homes and workplaces. It consists of a dedicated mobile app and an offline hub called Wellfy Station.
The station consists of three spaces: Wellfy Body, which measures 37 health indicators, including blood pressure, body composition, and skin condition; Wellfy Food, which sells personalized food products; and Wellfy Mind, where an AI model trained in counseling techniques provides mental wellness and meditation content.
The dedicated app accumulates and manages users’ personal health data while providing hyper-personalized services. It also features a chronic disease prediction AI model based on health screening data from Kangbuk Samsung Hospital. Wellfy was first introduced in the community facilities of the Raemian Trinity One apartment complex in Seocho-gu, Seoul. It has also been deployed at the construction site of the NCSOFT Global RDI Center in Pangyo, where it is being used for worker care and data validation. Cho Hye-jeong, Head of the DxP Division at Samsung C&T Corporation, said, "The key competitive advantage is providing wellness experiences for people who use the space."
