Sinan County said on the 15th that it had signed an investment agreement with The One P&D to build the Sinan Namyang HuTton The First rental apartment complex, a 10-year private rental apartment project, in the Sinjang-ri district-unit planning area (Sinjang District 1) of Aphae-eup. 【Financial News Sinan = Hwang Tae-jong】A 228-unit private rental apartment complex will be built in Aphae-eup, Sinan County.
 This marks Sinan County's first investment attraction for a large-scale private rental apartment complex, and is expected to improve residents' housing conditions and attract new residents.
 Sinan County said on the 15th that it had signed an investment agreement with The One P&D to build the Sinan Namyang HuTton The First rental apartment complex, a 10-year private rental apartment project, in the Sinjang-ri district-unit planning area (Sinjang District 1) of Aphae-eup.
 Sinan County Governor Kim Tae-seong emphasized, "This investment agreement is the result of attracting private capital to implement the county administration's policies during the ninth elected term." 
 The private rental apartment complex in Aphae-eup will consist of three buildings of up to 20 floors, with a total of 228 households. It is expected to include △152 exclusive-use 84-square-meter units and △67 exclusive-use 59-square-meter units.
 As the first large-scale private rental apartment complex in Sinan County, the project will proceed with a 100% guarantee on rental deposits from the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG).
 Sinan County Governor Kim Tae-seong emphasized, "The project now has the stability needed not only to ensure the smooth implementation of procedures for privately purchased rental housing, including the completion inspection and registration of preservation of ownership, but also to safeguard the full amount of tenants' rental deposits."
 He also said, "We will do our utmost to dramatically improve living conditions and attract new residents by increasing the rate of transparent and fair private investment implementation and providing county residents with a high-quality residential environment."
