"He even urinated on the bed"... Owner horrified after inspecting room left by long-term guest

[Financial News] A lodging business owner said a room was found severely damaged after a long-term guest left.
According to online communities and other sources on the 15th, Person A, who operates a lodging business, shared photos of the room’s condition after the long-term guest checked out and complained about the damage.
According to Person A, the guest initially appeared exceptionally tidy, leading the owner to believe the room would be kept clean. Person A therefore signed a long-term accommodation contract with the guest through the end of the month.
However, the situation changed after Person A reviewed the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage.
Person A said, "The guest came carrying a plastic bag, put on gloves, opened the door, took out his own belongings, gathered the rest, threw it into the hallway, and went inside," adding, "That was when I realized this person threw trash anywhere."
Later, while cleaning another floor, several trash bags that had not normally been visible were reportedly found all at once.
Person A called the guest and protested, saying, "Why are you throwing trash into the hallway? This is causing a problem."
Ultimately, Person A decided it would be difficult to let the guest continue staying until the scheduled checkout date and asked the guest to leave.
After the guest left, Person A inspected the room and said it was in a far worse condition than expected.
Photos released by Person A showed plastic bags and trash scattered across the room floor and various parts of the hallway. The bedding appeared yellowed and discolored.
Person A complained, "The guest urinated on the bed, and the blankets, pillow covers, mattress, and other items smelled extremely bad," adding, "It seems that everything except a few items will have to be discarded."
Person A also added, "The guest used so much water that the entire floor was wet from the steam."
Person A said a statement regarding the incident had been submitted to the National Police Agency.
