The National Health Insurance Service announced on the 15th that it is recruiting new employees in the second half of the year to select capable talent to handle national health insurance operations.
The recruitment quota by job category is 278 administrative positions, 26 health-related positions, 62 long-term care positions, and eight information technology positions. Applicants will be selected by recruitment region.
The recruitment will consist of general open competition and restricted competition for high school graduates (Grade 6-B), people with disabilities, national merit recipients, and Gangwon talent. The initiative aims to provide employment opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds.
A blind recruitment process focused on job capabilities and based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) will be applied throughout the recruitment process. Factors unrelated to applicants’ job capabilities, such as gender, age, and educational background, will be excluded from the evaluation.
Applications can be submitted through the online recruitment website from today until 2 p.m. on the 29th. Final candidates will be selected through document screening, a written test, and interviews.
The final results are scheduled to be announced on December 7. Successful candidates will be appointed as probationary employees on December 28, and their appointment as regular employees will be determined after a three-month evaluation.
