[Financial News] YouTuber Park We has not issued any significant statement for four weeks following the controversy over the release of CCTV footage of a KTX fall accident. Meanwhile, a lecture video from his past appearance on 'Sebasi' has been made private.

As of the 15th, a lecture video featuring Park We on the 'Sebasi Lecture' YouTube channel was confirmed to be private.
By contrast, a video featuring Park We's wife, Song Ji-eun, in 2024 remains public. In addition, Park We's appearance remains in a 'Sebasi Compilation' video, edited down to about five minutes.
The exact reason Park We's lecture video was made private is unknown. However, speculation has emerged that the controversy surrounding social service workers, which has continued since last month, may have played a role.
CBS's 'Time to Change the World, 15 Minutes' (hereafter, 'Sebasi') is a lecture program that invites speakers from various fields to discuss communication and healing, social healing, and topics helpful in everyday life.
The controversy began with a video Park We posted on the 21st of last month. He had taken the KTX on the 14th to attend a lecture. While getting off via a wheelchair ramp, the wheel of his wheelchair caught on a social service worker's foot, causing him to fall onto the floor.
Park We later released closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage showing what happened during the accident. The footage also showed the social service worker apologizing immediately afterward. However, criticism continued, with some accusing Park We of targeting a particular social service worker by releasing the video.
Park We subsequently posted an apology and made the video private. The fallout continued, however, with his YouTube subscriber count declining and a scheduled lecture being canceled.
Public criticism has continued. The subscriber count of Park We's YouTube channel, 'Weracle,' has fallen from the one-million range to approximately 946,000.
