The complex will be developed as a massive development consisting of 10 buildings, up to 35 stories high, with a total of 1,438 units and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 114 square meters. Following the special supply held yesterday, the subscription schedule continues with first-priority applications today and second-priority applications on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 22nd, and official contracts will be signed for four days from October 5 to 8.
First-priority subscription eligibility allows both heads of households and household members aged 19 or older residing in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, Daejeon, or Sejong City to apply. Applicants must meet the requirements of having a housing subscription savings account for at least six months and deposit amounts based on region and area. The barrier to entry is low as there are no restrictions on re-winning, resale, or actual residency requirements.
Previously, intense interest was demonstrated as over 10,000 visitors flocked to the model home in the three days following its opening. It is assessed that the reasonable sale price of 14.85 million won per 3.3 square meters and favorable conditions that reduced the initial financial burden—such as a 5% down payment and a 45% deferred interest payment plan for the interim payment—were the key factors. On top of this, the locational advantage of being able to enjoy the lifestyles of both Cheonan's original downtown and the Dujeong and Buldang areas, combined with the premium of a large-scale complex, contributed to the success.
The product design is also noteworthy. The center of the complex features a lawn plaza, water features, and a forest walking trail, while a variety of community facilities are housed, including a fitness center, golf club, sauna, co-working space, cultural center, guesthouse, and community childcare center. By unit type, space utilization has been maximized through the application of 4-bay and two-sided open corner structures, as well as spacious pantries and walk-in closets.
"Since the opening of the model house, inquiries regarding the sale price, subscription eligibility, and floor plans have continued steadily," said a Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. sales official. "We expect that interest from actual buyers will continue in the first-priority subscription as well, given the large scale of the complex, the Prugio brand, and product quality designed for actual living convenience."
