Samsung Electronics Expands System Air-Conditioner Cleaning Services for Business Customers

[Financial News] Samsung Electronics is offering discounts on cleaning services for commercial system air conditioners that have been used for extended periods during the summer.
Samsung Electronics announced on the 15th that it will run its “Second-Half Commercial System Air-Conditioner Cleaning Discount Promotion” for business customers from this week through the end of October. The promotion covers all models of Samsung commercial air conditioners. 
The promotion is designed to help business customers who have used their air conditioners for extended periods throughout the summer clean the inside of their units and systematically maintain their heating and cooling performance. 
Customers using multiple ceiling-mounted indoor units at stores, offices, academies and other facilities can receive additional discounts based on the number of units cleaned when they apply for service for multiple products at the same time. The discount is up to 30%. 
Samsung Electronics said, "Business customers who need to maintain and manage multiple system air conditioners can reduce both their management burden and costs by taking advantage of this promotion." 
The cleaning service is performed on a customized basis after professional engineers who have completed systematic technical training precisely diagnose the site conditions and the state of the products. It is a professional preventive maintenance program that completely disassembles and cleans key components, including the heat exchanger, blower fan motor and drain pan, and provides follow-up management.
High-pressure cleaning equipment is used to remove fine contaminants from inside the products. An antibacterial and deodorizing treatment is also carried out to effectively eliminate internal pollutants such as fine dust, mold and bacteria. After cleaning, the condition of major components is checked, while heating and cooling performance tests and functional operation checks are conducted to identify any abnormalities.
