Genome & Company Unveils New Target ADC Data at World ADC... Discussions on Technology Transfer

[Financial News] Genome & Company will unveil an ADC pipeline utilizing novel targets discovered in-house at a global conference specializing in Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and embark on business development, including technology transfer.
Genome & Company announced on the 15th that it will participate in 'World ADC San Diego,' held in San Diego, USA, from October 12 to 15, and present key research data from its new target ADC pipeline.
World ADC is a specialized ADC conference attended by over 1,300 representatives from global pharmaceutical and biotech companies and research institutions. It serves as a venue to discuss ADC development strategies and new technologies.
Genome & Company plans to disclose the development status and research data of its major pipelines, including GENA-104 ADC, GENA-120, and GENB-120, at this event. In addition, it will discuss possibilities for cooperation, such as technology transfer and joint development, with multiple potential partners.
The main pipeline is being developed based on targets discovered through the proprietary novel target discovery platform 'GNOCLE'. GENA-104 ADC targets the novel target 'CNTN4', and GENA-120 is a monoclonal antibody ADC targeting the novel target 'Integrin beta-4'. GENB-120 is a bispecific antibody ADC that simultaneously targets Integrin beta-4 and TROP2.
Genome & Company has also secured global technology transfer achievements based on novel targets discovered through GNOCLE. It transferred the novel target immuno-oncology drug EP0089 (GENA-104) to Ellipses Pharma in the UK and Debio0633 to Debiopharm in Switzerland.
The company is expanding its business development with the goal of licensing out at least one preclinical-stage pipeline annually, following 2024 and 2025. This year, it participated in the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference and BIO International Convention to engage in partnering with global pharmaceutical and biotech firms, and also presented research results for key pipelines at AACR 2026.
