On the 14th, Bank of Hope announced that it would accept applications for its “2026 Bank of Hope Recruitment for the Second Half of the Year” from that day until 6 p.m. on the 28th.
The bank plans to hire approximately 230 people through the following tracks: HanAXpert; local talent; Incheon Hana Win-Win Recruitment; Hana Green Leaders, a special recruitment track for discharged military officers; and NEXT CAREER experienced regular positions.
The newly established “HanAXpert” track combines “AI Transformation” and “Expert” with the name of Bank of Hope. It is designed to select candidates who can develop into specialists in roles suited to their majors and capabilities from the time they join the bank.
Recruitment will be conducted across specialized tracks, including IB, credit review and risk management for corporate banking; pensions, trusts and wealth management for personal banking; treasury and foreign exchange; global banking; AI and data finance; and local talent.
The bank will also seek to recruit talent with strong ties to local communities. In addition to its existing recruitment of talent from the Yeongnam, Chungcheong and Honam regions, it has introduced the “Incheon Hana Win-Win Recruitment” track to mark the relocation of Hana Financial Group’s integrated headquarters to Cheongna, Incheon. The plan is to select outstanding talent from the Incheon area, strengthen locally focused financial services and broaden ties with the local community as the Cheongna era begins.
The bank also plans to expand inclusive hiring aimed at creating social value. Measures include introducing the “Hana Green Leaders” track for discharged military officers and a specialized vocational high school track linked to employment through internships.
Meanwhile, successful applicants will move into Hana Global Campus in Cheongna, Incheon Metropolitan City, in late November to attend training for new bank employees.
