Daishin Securities Decides to Cancel Treasury Shares Worth 62.7 Billion Won [Disclosure]

[Financial News] Daishin Securities disclosed on the 14th that it had decided to cancel treasury shares worth 62.7 billion won.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s electronic disclosure system, Daishin Securities will cancel 2,558,637 treasury shares on the 29th.
Specifically, the shares to be canceled consist of 1,553,637 common shares and 1,005,000 preferred shares. The preferred shares comprise 808,333 first-class preferred shares and 196,667 second-class preferred shares.
The planned cancellation amount totals 62,744,500,000 won, based on the closing price on the 11th, the business day immediately preceding the date of the board’s resolution.
A Daishin Securities representative explained, "This treasury share cancellation follows the shareholder-return plan outlined in the '2026 Daishin Securities Corporate Value Enhancement Plan and Implementation Status' disclosed on February 12."
