Innotena Decides to Issue KRW 5 Billion in Convertible Bonds [Disclosure]

[Financial News] Innotena announced on the 14th that it had decided to issue privately placed convertible bonds (CBs) worth KRW 5 billion.
According to the Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), Innotena decided to issue KRW 5 billion in convertible bonds to secure operating funds.
The conversion would result in the issuance of 647,249 common shares, equivalent to 12.26% of the total shares outstanding. The bonds will mature on September 22, 2031, and the full electronically registered amount is scheduled to be repaid in a lump sum on the maturity date.
The subscription and payment date is the 22nd. The coupon rate is 0%, and the conversion price has been set at KRW 7,725.
