VC Decides to Retire 400,000 Treasury Shares Worth KRW 1 Billion [Disclosure]

[Financial News] VC disclosed on the 14th that it had decided to retire 400,000 treasury shares.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service’s Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), VC will retire 400,000 treasury shares from that day through September 13 next year.
Following the retirement, the total number of shares issued will decrease from 7,310,300 to 6,910,300. Based on the previous trading day’s closing price of KRW 2,500, the planned retirement amount is KRW 1 billion.
