Doosan Engineering & Construction Accepts Unscheduled Subscription Applications for 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Daeyeon'

Doosan Engineering & Construction announced on the 14th that it would accept unscheduled subscription applications for the remaining units at 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Daeyeon' in Nam District, Busan.
'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Daeyeon' is being developed through the Dongsung Hightown street housing redevelopment project in Daeyeon-dong, Nam District, Busan. The complex will consist of two buildings, ranging from five basement levels to 42 floors above ground, with a total of 258 households. A total of 107 units will be offered through this unscheduled subscription. By exclusive floor area, the units comprise eight 59-square-meter units, 36 74-square-meter A-type units, 15 84-square-meter A-type units, and 48 84-square-meter B-type units.
Applications will be accepted online through Korea Real Estate Board (KREB)'s Cheongyak Home on September 14. Winners can check the results individually on Cheongyak Home on the 17th, while document submission and contract signing will take place at the gallery on September 18.
Eligible applicants are non-homeowning household members aged 19 or older who reside in Busan, Ulsan, or South Gyeongsang Province as of September 9, the date of the housing recruitment announcement. Minors who are household heads are also eligible. Applicants may submit one application per person regardless of whether they hold a housing subscription account or how long they have lived in the area. As the development is in a non-regulated area, restrictions on winning again and mandatory owner-occupancy requirements do not apply. The resale restriction period is six months from August 19, the date the initial winners were announced.
The exterior features the signature curtain-wall-look design of Doosan Engineering & Construction's high-end We’ve the Zenith brand. The interior will include a home IoT smart-home system, One Pass System, fingerprint-recognition door locks, a parking control and guidance system, high-definition CCTV, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), and emergency bells.
A sales representative emphasized, "This complex combines a rare flat-site location in Busan served by two subway stations with Doosan Engineering & Construction's premium We’ve the Zenith residential brand. Since applicants do not need a housing subscription account and can benefit from the non-regulated area designation, we expect strong interest from genuine end-users seeking to purchase a home."
Move-in is scheduled for August 2030.
