[Financial News] Doosan Engineering & Construction's 'We've The Zenith' ranked first in both high-end apartment brand awareness and regional representative brand recognition.
The findings came from an apartment brand competitiveness survey conducted by Real Estate 114 and Turnaround among 3,388 consumers nationwide from August 5 to 13, according to the results released on the 14th. 'We've The Zenith,' which ranked second in both categories in last year's survey, strengthened its brand competitiveness as both its ranking and response rate rose within a year.
Having quickly established a presence in major hub cities and built broad public awareness, 'We've The Zenith' is expanding its position as a landmark representing local communities. Its products, which reflect the latest residential trends, and its sophisticated brand image have earned high marks from prospective buyers.
Alongside the rise of its high-end brand, perceptions of Doosan Engineering & Construction's flagship brand, 'We've,' have also improved noticeably. Among respondents who said they were familiar with We've, 52.2% said their perception of the brand had become more positive over the past two to three years. The most common reason cited for this positive change was improved brand competitiveness, at 33.3%. In particular, residents of the Seoul metropolitan area reported a stronger perception of this improvement, at 33.9%, than residents outside the region. By contrast, respondents outside the metropolitan area most frequently cited the brand's sophisticated design and image, at 35.8%, demonstrating that Doosan Engineering & Construction's long-running strategy of differentiating its designs has been effective.
This improved perception is translating into higher actual brand favorability and willingness to live in the properties. In this year's survey, brand favorability nationwide rose from 4.87 to 4.98 points, while willingness to live in the properties increased from 4.99 to 5.05 points. In particular, brand favorability among metropolitan-area residents rose from 4.84 to 4.96 points, marking a larger increase than the national average. Their willingness to live in the properties also rose to 5.02 points, highlighting the brand's growing influence in the metropolitan housing market.
Doosan Engineering & Construction's 'We've,' which marks its 25th anniversary this year, appears to be leveraging the assets accumulated over many years to enhance the competitiveness of its high-end brand, 'We've The Zenith,' while further expanding brand trust in housing markets across the metropolitan area and nationwide.
