"Targeting Apartment Communities"—bb.q Chicken Expands into Premium Residential Complexes

[Financial News] Party Center, a subsidiary of Genesis BBQ Group, is stepping up its expansion into the apartment-community food and beverage (F&B) business by holding a brunch experience event for residents of a premium residential complex.
According to industry sources on the 14th, I Can Reboot, a brand operated by a subsidiary of Genesis BBQ Group, held a brunch experience event for residents at Bangbae Raemian One Perla in Seoul’s Seocho District on the 11th.
I Can Reboot currently supplies products such as salads and sandwiches to Bangbae Raemian One Perla. The event was organized to expand beyond supplying existing products and offer food and beverage services encompassing brunch, drinks and desserts.
I Can Reboot presented a variety of brunch items, including shrimp, yuzu salami, and chicken tenderloin-cranberry sandwiches made with rice bread, as well as smoked salmon balsamic salad and spicy noodle Asian salad. It also created a café menu featuring signature handcrafted beverages such as ginger milk, strawberry latte, and royal milk tea, along with rice-based desserts including rice and brown-rice confections and mini Oranda.
Genesis BBQ Group plans to use the event as an opportunity to broaden its food and beverage services into brunch and café offerings, while expanding customized services that reflect the characteristics of each complex and residents’ needs. Drawing on Genesis BBQ Group’s food production and distribution infrastructure and in-house menu development capabilities, it will continue introducing food and beverage service models optimized for individual residential complexes.
Choi Hyun-ok, executive vice president of the Marketing Division at Tower PMC, said, "Through this event, residents were able to enjoy a broader range of experiences, including brunch and café services in addition to the existing Grab-and-Go offering." Choi added, "I hope Green Lounge Café will develop into a community space that residents can use more conveniently in their daily lives, based on their diverse feedback."
