Samsung Bioepis Invites Over 2,800 Employees' Family Members to Event

[Financial News] Samsung Bioepis invited employees' families to the company to hold a gathering for communication.
Samsung Bioepis announced on the 14th that it held the '2026 Family Invitation Event' on the 12th at its Songdo International City office in Incheon Metropolitan City, attended by approximately 2,800 employees and their families.
The Family Invitation Event is designed to introduce the company and its operations directly to employees' families and allow them to experience the organizational culture together. It began in 2022 and marks its fifth year this year.
On this day, participants took a tour of the office building to look around the laboratories and office spaces where employees work. In the company garden, programs that families could enjoy together, such as busking performances and a photo zone, were also held.
Samsung Bioepis is also striving to foster an organizational culture that supports work-family balance. Following its selection last year as an "Excellent Company in Gender Equality in Employment" and an "Excellent Company in Labor-Management Culture" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL), it was named a "Korea Best Job-Creation Company" on the 11th in recognition of achievements such as the expansion of jobs for women.
