[Financial News] As companies shift toward hiring methods focused on verifying job-related capabilities, employment training is also becoming more specialized. Saramin, which has expanded beyond its role as a recruitment platform into corporate HR and recruitment consulting and employment training, is developing consultants specializing in task-based competency interviews.
According to industry sources on the 14th, Saramin will conduct the "Task-Based Competency Interview Specialist Certification Training" on October 30. The program was designed in response to the growing use of competency interviews in corporate hiring.
The curriculum consists of a special lecture on task-based interviews and two practical training sessions, enabling consultants to understand hiring-market trends and systematically train job seekers. Professional interview facilitators will participate and provide feedback to trainees. The program will also include practice using real-world assignments and evaluation sheets used in actual interviews.
Upon completing the training, participants can obtain the private qualification "CPI-A," registered with the Human Resources Development Service of Korea’s National Qualification Portal. Those who earn the qualification will also receive task-based competency interview samples and a separate training guide.
Lee Sang-don, head of Saramin’s Consulting Business Division, said, "Rather than simply delivering theory, this course focuses on helping participants fully understand the essence of competency interviews through hands-on practice using actual assignments and evaluation sheets." He added, "I hope consultants who complete the training will apply their abilities widely in various fields as employment-guidance experts who are strong in real-world situations."
