[Financial News] Han Dong-hoon, an independent lawmaker, responded directly to remarks by DOC member Lee Ha-neul that it would be difficult for anyone from the Democratic Party of Korea to compete with him. Han shared the video and left a message of support.
In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel on the 13th, Lee Ha-neul assessed the political competitiveness of opposition figures and shared his personal views on the political situation. He said, "Whether it's Democratic Party of Korea leader Kim Min-seok or Song Young-gil, no matter who comes forward from the Democratic Party of Korea, they probably can't beat Han Dong-hoon right now."
Lee Ha-neul also said this about Han Dong-hoon: "I've made fun of Han Dong-hoon a lot. I've always teased him, calling him 'Toukkung' and all that... But if Han Dong-hoon ends up becoming [president], I feel like I'd be screwed."
As the video spread, Han Dong-hoon immediately responded by posting a screenshot showing Lee Ha-neul's remarks on his Facebook page.
Han Dong-hoon set the representative song "Dance With DOC" by Lee Ha-neul's group DOC as the background music and wrote, "I'm a fan, haha. You’ve got this!"
