KOSME said on the 13th that the camp will be held on the 30th at Dongwon Leaders Academy in Icheon City for 30 repeat entrepreneurs with a history of business closure.
KOSME designed the camp around psychological recovery and resilience-building, judging that restoring confidence is essential for repeat entrepreneurs to continue pursuing new challenges. Based on assessments of participants’ psychological states, the program will include group counseling activities such as drawing a life curve, writing a recovery letter to their future selves one year from now, and aroma therapy.
Applications can be submitted online by the 18th. Further details are available in the recruitment notice on the KOSME website.
Kim Il-ho, executive director of corporate finance at KOSME, said, “For repeat entrepreneurs to overcome the shock of failure and stand up again, resilience is just as important as business capabilities.” He added, “I hope this healing camp will serve as a turning point that helps them regain confidence and continue pursuing new challenges.”
