[Financial News] Actor Jeon Won-joo opened up about why production of the YouTube channel 'Jeon Won-joo Jeon Won-joo-in-gong' came to an end.
On the 11th, the YouTube channel 'Not Omija, Sa Mi-ja' uploaded a video titled 'My Friend of 63 Years, Jeon Won-joo, Is Still Doing Fine.'
Sa Mi-ja asked, "I heard you were taking a break from YouTube for a while. It was fun, so why are you taking a break?" Jeon Won-joo replied, "I’m going to start again," signaling her return.
Regarding the reason for the channel's suspension, she said, "When I tried to raise this a little—the appearance fee—they said they would quit, so I told them to just continue." She added, "I considered quitting too, but I thought I shouldn't be too demanding. Now I’m just going to give it a try without overthinking it."
Last month, the production team of 'Jeon Won-joo Jeon Won-joo-in-gong' announced on the YouTube community board, "We are saying goodbye because the production team that created and operated the channel from its launch will no longer produce 'Jeon Won-joo Jeon Won-joo-in-gong.'" The team added, "Thanks to all our subscribers and Ms. Jeon Won-joo, everyone on our production team had a fun and happy year."
After the sudden announcement that production had been halted, some people expressed concern that Jeon Won-joo might be experiencing health problems. In response, the production team explained, "This is simply a matter of the contract between the production team and the agency coming to an end." It added, "Since Ms. Jeon Won-joo is healthy, the agency plans to reorganize the channel and relaunch it later."
