LSCUS to Issue KRW 500 Billion in Exchangeable Bonds for North American Investment [Disclosure]

[Financial News] LSCUS, an LS Group subsidiary, disclosed on the 11th that it will issue exchangeable bonds worth KRW 500 billion to raise funds for investments in North America and new businesses.
The exchangeable bonds will be exchangeable for 1,851,851 registered common shares of Gaon Cable. The exchange price is KRW 270,000 per share, and the exchange request period runs from November 10 this year through October 9, 2031.
Both the coupon rate and the maturity interest rate are 0%. The bonds will mature on November 9, 2031.
LSCUS plans to invest KRW 400 billion of the proceeds in North American investments and new businesses this year, with the remaining KRW 100 billion to be used next year.
The bond subscribers include KIWOOM Securities, KB Securities, private equity investment partnerships, and private equity investment trusts. KIWOOM Securities and KB Securities will each subscribe for KRW 100 billion, while the tentatively named Kiwoom-Brain AI Power Private Equity Investment Partnership will subscribe for KRW 130 billion.
Bondholders may request early redemption every three months starting November 9, 2029, three years after the issue date.
