Shin Se-kyung Buys High-End Samseong-dong Development L'ARBRE 27, Priced at Up to 40 Billion Won; Move-In Set for Next Year

[Financial News] Actor Shin Se-kyung is reportedly the buyer of a unit at L'ARBRE 27, an ultra-luxury residential development in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where prices reportedly reach the 40-billion-won range.
According to TenAsia on the 10th, Shin Se-kyung purchased a unit at L'ARBRE 27 in Samseong-dong and is reportedly preparing to move in next year.
L'ARBRE 27 is a high-end residential development built by Hyundai Engineering and Construction. It consists of two buildings with a total of 27 households.
According to the housing sales industry, terrace houses start in the 14-billion-won range, while the C7-type terrace house on the sixth floor reportedly sold for 19.5 billion won. Garden houses start in the 26-billion-won range.
The sale prices for the P1 and P2 super-penthouse types are reportedly in the 40-billion-won range. It has not been confirmed which type Shin Se-kyung purchased.
Samseong-dong, where L'ARBRE 27 is located, is adjacent to Cheongdam-dong and close to major Gangnam-area destinations, including COEX, Bongeunsa Temple and the Hangang River.
In Ryoo Seung-wan's film Humint, which was released in February this year, Shin Se-kyung played Chae Seon-hwa, an employee at a North Korean restaurant, alongside Zo In-sung and Park Jeong-min. For her performance, she won the Best Supporting Actress award in the film category at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards held in May.
Shin Se-kyung will appear with Jung Hae-in in the TVING original series Love Virus, scheduled for release in 2027.
