Samsung Bioepis Selected as a Korea Best Job-Creation Company in 2026

[Financial News] Samsung Bioepis has been selected as a Korea Best Job-Creation Company in 2026 by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL).
Samsung Bioepis announced on the 11th that it received certification as a Korea Best Job-Creation Company on the 10th. The Korea Best Job-Creation Companies program is a government award system that selects private companies that have set an example in creating quality jobs and improving working conditions. Selected companies receive benefits such as preferential credit ratings and loan interest rates.
Samsung Bioepis was highly evaluated for expanding employment opportunities for women and operating a fair personnel system. As of the end of last year, women accounted for 51% of all employees, while women accounted for 47% of managers.
The company also operates programs to support work-life balance. It has promoted maternity protection programs and flexible work arrangements and established various employee benefits to improve workplace convenience.
Samsung Bioepis is also working to improve communication between labor and management. It holds management briefings led by the CEO to share the company's management status with employees and strengthen transparent communication.

Meanwhile, Samsung Bioepis continues its efforts to foster a sound corporate culture. Last year, it was also selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) as an Excellent Company for Gender Equality in Employment and an Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company.
