[Financial News] SNT Group Chairman Choi Pyung-kyu marked the company's 47th founding anniversary by emphasizing the need to thoroughly prepare for the future to seize opportunities amid the crisis. He said, "A golden opportunity to leap forward as a first mover will emerge after the perfect storm."
SNT Group released Chairman Choi's address commemorating the 47th anniversary of SNT's founding through its internal communications network and other channels on the 11th.
In his address, Choi said, "The global economy is going through a chaotic and difficult period amid a major transformation, but this too shall pass." He added, "The greatest opportunities in history have always been born amid the worst crises, and only those who prepare in advance will be able to seize their fruits."
He continued, "We must grow into a global first mover by advancing R&D and technology marketing that combine our precision machinery and precision electronic-control capabilities across our three core business groups: auto parts, energy and power-generation plants, and the defense industry."
Choi repeatedly stressed that the company must take on challenges with greater perseverance and diligence than ever to seize great opportunities amid the crisis of the perfect storm.
He urged employees, saying, "We must always think about change and challenges, act immediately, and work diligently with humility and consideration for others." He added, "Let us create an SNT built on robust design, grounded in the persistence of dripping water that wears through stone and in hard work."
