"She Had Her Mask On and Hat Pulled Low—Could It Really Be Her?" Eyewitness Account of IU Spotted by Chance in China

[Financial News] An eyewitness account of meeting singer and actress IU in China has sparked online interest.
On the 10th, a post saying, "I actually met IU at Nanjing East Road in Shanghai," spread across online communities and social media.
The post's author explained what happened, saying, "I thought, 'There was no way it could be IU,' but it really was IU," and, "I happened to run into her at Nanjing East Road while traveling in Shanghai."
The released video shows IU walking down the street with security guards and staff, as well as waving to people who recognized her.
Another Chinese internet user also shared videos and photos showing IU taking commemorative pictures in front of a building displaying a large billboard of her, along with people filming her.
IU is reportedly visiting Shanghai, China, to attend a brand event. At 6 p.m. that day, she also released her new digital single, "Unknown Planet," her first in a year since "Bye, Summer" in September last year.
