[Financial News] Yanolja NEXT is applying its real-time communication solution ‘Tella’ to apartment living. Residents will be able to handle everyday housing-related tasks around the clock, including submitting complaints, checking management fees and making inquiries about visitor vehicles, without having to wait for property management office hours. The solution incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) technology and focuses on reducing the small but recurring inconveniences residents experience in their daily lives.
According to industry sources on the 10th, Yanolja NEXT, the Yanolja Group affiliate responsible for developing enterprise solution technologies, is applying Tella to Trustay’s Noki AI 24-Hour Information Service on Knock Town.
The biggest change brought by the service is that residents no longer have to wait for property management office hours to obtain information or submit requests. Even late at night or on holidays, they can check management fees, submit complaints through Knock Town and receive information about visitor vehicles.
The way property management offices work will also change. By automatically handling recurring, simple inquiries and information requests, the service can reduce the time management staff spend repeatedly answering the same questions.
Tella is a technology that understands users’ inquiries and connects them with the information or services they need. It has previously been used for customer service in the travel industry and has been expanded as a technology designed to improve travelers’ convenience.
Yanolja NEXT plans to expand Tella beyond residential services into various lifestyle and industry sectors where customer inquiries and real-time information services are frequently needed. Rather than putting the technology itself at the forefront, the company plans to focus on reducing users’ waiting time and making it easier for them to handle necessary tasks.
A Yanolja official said, "The key to this application is not merely introducing new technology, but reducing the small yet recurring inconveniences residents experience in their daily lives." The official added, "Going forward, we will continue expanding convenient experiences that people can feel in their everyday lives, drawing on the technology and service expertise we have accumulated in the travel industry."
