Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority Strengthens 'Customized Employment Support' to Resolve Employment Difficulties for Tenant Companies

[Financial News] The Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority has launched field-oriented employment support to alleviate the labor shortage of resident companies and assist local youth and job seekers in finding employment.
According to the Gyeongjaecheong on the 10th, a business agreement for employment support for resident companies was signed last January with the Tenant Companies Council, the Busan Economic Promotion Agency, and the Gyeongnam Investment & Economic Promotion Agency, establishing an inter-agency collaboration system to identify hiring needs of resident companies and connect them with job seekers. Through this initiative, hiring needs for a total of 192 people from four companies were identified and connected this year.
In addition, through on-site visits to tenant companies, we are intensively identifying outstanding technological capabilities and growth stories to enhance corporate awareness and support recruitment. Starting with Kyeongseong Industry last May, we have visited four companies including Techross, Jeonjin Entech, and Accesswall, and we plan to continue on-site visits at least once a month in the second half of the year.
The Economic Free Zone Authority is connecting resident companies with university and local government job fairs through outreach corporate information sessions, and is also informing local youth and job seekers of corporate recruitment information.
Starting with the Inje University Gimhae Job Festival held on this day, they will participate in four events including the Pusan ​​National University JOB-Da-Han Fair on the 14th, Gyeongnam Job Quest on the 16th, and the KB Good Job Busan Job Festival on the 26th of next month.
It supports participating companies in operating recruitment booths and promoting company and job information in cooperation with the event organizer, and assists resident companies with recruitment promotion by providing job information in advance, such as specific job positions and hiring quotas for each company.
In addition, for tenant companies that find it difficult to participate directly, we plan to support indirect participation by utilizing job information and promotional materials, so that more tenant companies can take advantage of recruitment opportunities through the job fair.
