[Financial News] KT is offering children of long-term subscribers the opportunity to walk onto the field alongside members of the national soccer team.
KT announced on the 10th that it will offer 88 children the chance to participate in a player escort experience at national soccer team friendly matches through its long-term subscriber program, Chodae Dream. In the player escort program, children walk onto the field with national team players before the match begins.
The experience will be offered at four national team friendly matches: the Ecuador match on September 24 at Suwon World Cup Stadium; the Uruguay match on September 28 at Seoul World Cup Stadium; the Venezuela match on October 2 at Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium; and the Uzbekistan match on October 6 at Yongin Mireu Stadium. KT selected matches in both the Seoul metropolitan area and Ulsan so customers in Ulsan can also participate at a nearby venue.
KT will select 22 children for each match, for a total of 88 children among subscribers with children aged 6 to 10. Each winning family will receive tickets for one child and two guardians to attend the match together. The total number of invited participants is 264.
Subscribers who have used KT mobile, internet or Internet TV (IPTV) services for a combined total of at least five years may apply. Applications will be accepted through the “Long-Term Customer Benefits” section of KT.com until the 14th, and winners will be notified individually on the 17th.
Kim Young-gul, executive vice president and head of the Customer Business Division at KT’s Customer Group, said, "We will continue to expand a variety of experiential programs that customers and their families can enjoy together."
