[Financial News] Hanwha Corporation E&C Division will open a model house in October and officially begin sales of Hanwha Forena Jije Station, a residential complex being developed around 725 Segyo-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province.
According to Hanwha Corporation E&C Division on the 10th, Hanwha Forena Jije Station will consist of 12 buildings, ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 27 above-ground floors. The complex will offer 1,098 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 116 square meters.
By unit type, the complex will include 452 units of 84m2A, 208 units of 84m2B, 168 units of 84m2C, 122 units of 84m2D, and 148 units of 116m2A. A total of 950 units, or approximately 86.5% of the development, will have an exclusive area of 84 square meters.
The complex will be built in the station area of PyeongtaekJije Station, providing access to Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and high-speed rail. It is located between Pyeongtaek Godeok International City, Brain City, and downtown Pyeongtaek, while Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus is approximately 5 kilometers away.
The nearby road network also offers convenient access. Residents can reach the Pyeongtaek–Jecheon Expressway and Gyeongbu Expressway via Songtan Interchange and Anseong Junction.
Regional transportation is expected to improve further as extensions of GTX-A and GTX-C and the Suwon-bound KTX direct-connection project move forward. In addition to KTX, which was recently integrated with Super Rapid Train (SRT), and Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, projects include the GTX-A extension, planned for 2028; the GTX-C extension, planned for 2030; and the Suwon-bound KTX direct-connection project, scheduled for December 2026. As a result, residents are expected to enjoy access to five rail lines from one location.
The complex will also offer abundant lifestyle infrastructure. E-Mart Pyeongtaek Branch and The Mart Pyeongtaek Branch are located nearby, while large warehouse-style discount stores, including Costco Pyeongtaek, Traders Wholesale Club, and Starfield Anseong, are accessible by car. Medical facilities such as Pyeongtaek St. Mary's Hospital are also within the living area, along with the central commercial district in Bijeon-dong. Nearby educational facilities include Jije Elementary School and Segyo Middle School, and residents can also use the academy district in Bijeon-dong.
All units will be arranged primarily facing south, and every layout will feature a circulation-style design. The 84m2A type, which accounts for the largest share, will feature a four-bay, plate-type layout, along with a dressing room and a circulation-style pantry.
The complex will include landscaped areas such as a central plaza, pet park, children's playground, and residents' exercise facilities. Community amenities are planned to include a fitness center, GX room, Pilates room, golf practice range, screen golf facility, daycare center, care center, kids' ground, small library, reading room, and moms' station.
The development will also incorporate the EV Air Station ceiling-mounted electric vehicle charging system developed by Hanwha Corporation E&C Division, the Forena Cozy Curve Elevator, and the Forena Edge Look integrated wiring-device design. The Forena Cozy Curve Elevator, selected for the 2026 GOOD DESIGN AWARD, will also be installed.
Jang Young-gi, sales director at Hanwha Corporation E&C Division, said, "Hanwha Forena Jije Station is one of the final developments offering access to the premier Jije Station area in Pyeongtaek. We expect it to attract considerable interest not only from end-users in Pyeongtaek but also from the Dongtan, Suwon, and Osan areas."
