[Financial News] Samsung Welstory’s official YouTube channel has become the first in the institutional foodservice industry to reach 100,000 subscribers, qualifying it to receive YouTube’s Silver Creator Award.
According to Samsung Welstory on the 10th, its official YouTube channel recently surpassed 10 million cumulative views. It offers a wide range of content, from company information such as job introductions and organizational culture to various foodservice solutions related to institutional catering and food-ingredient distribution.
The YouTube series “Alpha Man Fabri,” featuring Michelin-starred chef Fabrizio Ferrari and launched this year, has driven the channel’s growth. In the series, Chef Ferrari visits Samsung Welstory’s foodservice sites and restaurant-ingredient client companies, presenting dishes that add his own sensibility and ideas to existing menus.
Samsung Welstory presents the menu-development process and cooking sites through engaging stories. At the same time, it offers solutions to enhance its clients’ menu competitiveness by combining high-quality ingredients with ideas from a Michelin-starred chef.
In the recently uploaded “Tteudon” episode, Chef Ferrari presented “Alpha Half-and-Half Cheese Pork Cutlet.” The dish features cheese cutlets made with 100% natural cheese supplied by Samsung Welstory through global sourcing specifically for Tteudon, enhanced with the chef’s own Italian touch.
A special episode commemorating the channel’s achievement of 100,000 subscribers and 10 million cumulative views will be released on the 22nd.
A Samsung Welstory representative said, “We will continue communicating with customers through YouTube and various other social media channels, offering content that provides practical help as well as a wide range of things to enjoy.”
