YK Law Firm, Dongguk University Graduate School Join Forces to Develop Legal and Interdisciplinary Talent [Law Firm News]

[Financial News] YK Law Firm is joining forces with Dongguk University Graduate School to develop specialized and interdisciplinary talent in law and expand industry-academic cooperation.
YK said on the 10th that it signed an MOU with Dongguk University Graduate School at Dongguk University’s main building in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 7th to promote educational and research exchanges and provide legal support.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will pursue education, research, and industry-academic cooperation to develop specialized and interdisciplinary talent in law. They also agreed to cooperate on legal advice needed for the graduate school’s operations, legal support for its members, and the protection and utilization of intellectual property rights.
The two institutions also plan to leverage their respective education, research, and legal infrastructure and expand the exchange of relevant information. 
Kang Kyung-hoon, managing attorney at YK Law Firm, said, "The significance of this agreement lies in linking the educational and research capabilities accumulated by Dongguk University Graduate School with YK’s legal expertise and turning them into tangible results in industry-academic cooperation." He added, "As a legal partner, we will actively cooperate so that this can lead to resolving the graduate school’s key issues and identifying new joint projects."
