Chef Lu Ching Lai Appears at the University of Seoul Student Cafeteria

The University of Seoul (UOS) announced that it held the 'Delicious Start of the Semester~ A Special Day! With Chef Lu Ching Lai' event at the student cafeteria on the first floor of the Student Union Building during lunchtime on the 9th.
On this day, Chinese cuisine chef Lu Ching Lai personally cooked and presented the 'Palbochae Rice Bowl,' which he developed for the students. The dish features eight ingredients combined with X.O. Sauce, designed to allow the taste of Chinese cuisine to be experienced even in a mass catering environment.
Chef Lu Ching Lai met with students by participating not only in preparing the menu but also in serving the food. Students participated in the event at the campus cafeteria, tasting Chef Lu Ching Lai's food and taking photos together.
The University of Seoul (UOS) explained that it planned this event to allow students to experience special menus with relatively little financial burden, given the increasing cost of food due to high prices. It also aimed to encourage students who are exhausted from their studies and job preparations.
