Shinhan Bank to Hire Approximately 130 Employees in the Second Half of the Year

[Financial News] Shinhan Bank will recruit new employees in the second half of 2026.
According to sources in the financial sector on the 9th, Shinhan Bank plans to select approximately 130 employees in this recruitment drive.
The recruitment categories are an open recruitment process for entry-level employees in general personal and corporate banking, and a special recruitment process for candidates who passed the second round of the certified public accountant examination.
For this recruitment, Shinhan Bank has eliminated personal-statement questions and introduced video interviews.
Interviews previously conducted in two rounds will be reorganized into an integrated process involving in-depth interviews, group interviews, and artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration interviews to comprehensively assess applicants’ core competencies.
Applications can be submitted from today until 2 p.m. on the 17th through the official “Shinhan Bank Recruitment” website.
Meanwhile, Shinhan Bank plans to conduct additional hiring through various selection processes, including special recruitment for office staff.
